3. William Sayer ⁽¹⁾ was born on 27 Mar 1782 in Carbrooke, Norfolkshire, England. He was christened on 29 Mar 1782 in Carbrooke, Norfolkshire, England. He died on 14 Jan 1864 in Popes Mill, St. Lawrence Co, NY. He was buried in Oldsville Cemetery, Popes Mill, St. Lawrence Co, NY. They had five children in England. In 1815 they came to America via Quebed, Ontario, Montreal, Ogdensbur, NY, then to the English Settlement of DeKalb, NY. At that time they had four more girls.

He was married to Elizabeth Raper on 6 Dec 1804 in Carbrooke, Norfolkshire, England. There marrage was witnessed by Jn. Raper, Ann Sayer, and Martha Sayer. Elizabeth Raper was born on 27 Sep 1779 in Carbrooke, Norfolk, England. She was christened on 3 Oct 1779 in Carbrooke, Norfolk, England. She died on 7 Apr 1862 in Popes Mill, St. Lawrence Co, NY. She was buried in Oldsville Cemetery, Popes Mill, St. Lawrence Co, NY. William Sayer and Elizabeth Raper had the following children:
