105. Samuel J. Sayer ^{(126) (127)(128) (129)} was born in 1833 in Scoulton, England. He was christened on 24 Aug 1834 in Wymondham, Norfolk, England. He died on 12 Aug 1912 in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence Co, NY.
My great grandfather, Samuel Sayer was born in England 1830, came to US abt . 1850 and settled somewhere near Macomb, NY. Then he moved to Ogdensburg; died 1912; married Florence Snyder about 1858. Their children : Albert M. born 1866; died 1937; married abt. 1880 Sara P. Hawley o f Cardinal Ontario. She was born in Cardinal 1863 and died 1947. There were several Hawley boys Gery and Lynal who settled in Montreal, Ottawa and Walter settled in Racine..all deceased. Albert M. had George S. born 1886 and died 1925; married 1906 Ida F. Sweet; also a daughter Marium who married Dr. L. J. Bake.

Samuel and Florence also had Stacy C. and a daugher Alice.

Samuel Sayer fought in the Civil War..Co.G Regt. NY. He was in the battle of Gettysburg.

He was married to Eliza Ann Snyder on 25 Dec 1858 in De Peyster, St. Lawrence Co, NY. He was married to Eliza Ann Snyder in Macomb, St. Lawrence Co, NY. Eliza Ann Snyder ^(126)(130) was born in 1839. She was born in CND. Samuel J. Sayer and Eliza Ann Snyder had the following children:

283 vii. Minne C. Sayer was born in 1869. She died on 10 Dec 1872. She was buried in Oldsville Cemetery, Popes Mill, St. Lawrence Co, NY. Date I have is 10 Dec 1870, but that must be wrong, since she died at age 3.
